Modify or cancel your Korey plan at any time from your organization settings.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Settings → Organization → Billing.
- Click Manage — Stripe will open with your billing details.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.
Your access stays active through the end of the current billing period. You won’t be charged again.
What to expect after cancellation
- Access ends at the close of the current billing cycle.
- Team members lose access when the plan expires and are prompted to contact their admin.
- Connectors (Slack, GitHub, Shortcut, and so on) stop responding to new requests once access ends.
Reactivate your subscription
- Open Settings → Organization → Billing.
- Click Reactivate Plan.
- Confirm your payment method and choose a plan.

If the Manage option isn’t visible, your plan may be administered by your Korey org admin or under an enterprise agreement.
- Ask your Korey org admin — they can modify or cancel the subscription on your behalf.
