Connect Google Drive so you can pull documents, spreadsheets, and other files into Korey threads without downloading them first. Korey uses the files you attach as context for drafting work, answering questions, and summarizing what your team already has in Drive.
What you can do
- Browse and upload files and folders from your Drive directly into a Korey conversation.
- Access files you’ve previously uploaded through Korey.
- Attach Drive content alongside local uploads when you need Korey to reason over shared docs.
Coming Soon:
- Find relevant files from your Drive directly in conversations
- Read Drive file contents without manual upload
Using Drive files in conversations
Once connected, open the file attachment menu in any Korey thread and choose Add from Google Drive. Pick the files or folders you want, and Korey will attach them to the conversation.
If your connection expires, reconnect from Settings → Connectors → Google Drive.
Setup
- Open Settings → Connectors → Google Drive.
- Click Connect Google Drive and sign in with your Google account.
- Approve the requested permissions to let Korey access the files you choose.
Google Drive connects to your individual user account via OAuth. Each teammate connects their own Drive account.
