Got a question?
Frequently asked questions
Can I try Korey for free?
Yes! Every new team gets 250 free interactions. After that, paid team-based plans start at $59 per month per organization.
How do Korey plans work?
Korey is priced per organization, not per individual. Each plan gives your org a shared workspace where everyone can collaborate with Korey. Need more? You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional interactions at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan by clicking Settings > Billing to manage and update plans.
Do my unused interactions roll-over at the end of the month?
Subscription interactions are per month and do not roll over. Add-on interactions are available for active subscriptions and roll over for one subsequent billing period.
What counts as an interaction?
Every message you send to Korey counts as one interaction. That includes questions, instructions, or update requests.
Do you train Korey on my data?
No. Your data stays yours. We don't use your inputs or outputs to train our models or anyone else's.
Who's behind Korey?
Korey is built by the team behind Shortcut. We've spent years helping engineering teams build better. Korey is a natural extension of that work.
